More About Sam

Sam is a father, innovative executive, board leader, and adjunct professor with over 20+ years of experience delivering world-class customer service for Fortune 500 companies. A multi-sport high school athlete in gymnastics, tennis and baseball, he was a four-year collegiate cheerleader.  Born and raised in Sheridan, Wyoming, Sam relocated to Bozeman, Montana to attend Montana State University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master’s degree in Public Administration. While in Bozeman Sam worked as a financial advisor for and spent 4+ years as the head cheer and dance coach for MSU. After his time in Montana, he stepped into a role with PNC Financial Service in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he spent nearly 20 years working with retail and small businesses to achieve their financial goals. As a Senior Vice President he led a team of nearly 200 employees, coached other leaders and developed their sales and customer experience skills. Over his career he has given back to the communities he has served, with board leadership roles, donating his time and money to improve the lives of others. He is a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh, a Montana state champion rugby player, and first-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Sam is an avid sports fan, dog dad, and an adjunct professor of communications at Point Park University.
